Nexthink Deployment & Adoption

Led the configuration and adoption of a newly deployed Nexthink instance for a large enterprise. This involved deploying the Nexthink collector to thousands of devices, configuring entities and location management for precise data segmentation, and building custom dashboards and investigations for support teams. Key achievements included creating powerful Remote Actions for proactive issue resolution and defining a comprehensive DEX scoring model. This work was instrumental in transitioning the department to a proactive, data-driven environment, significantly improving the digital employee experience.
